Marketing Intern

About Us

Tuskes Homes is a fourth generation, family-owned homebuilder that has been building throughout the Lehigh Valley and Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1969. Four generations in, we are still family run, and that shows up in how we build and how we treat the people who buy from us. Our marketing team is small, which means our intern does real work that reaches real buyers.

What You'll Do

  • Capture photo and short form video content at model homes, spec homes, and homes under construction
  • Produce reels and TikToks: model home tours, design detail features, construction progress, community highlights, and team content
  • Support the sales team with the materials and content they need in the field, from model home assets to community information
  • Draft, schedule, and publish social posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Write blog posts, email copy, and community and floor plan descriptions
  • Audit existing marketing collateral for accuracy and consistency
  • Organize the photo library, virtual tour links, and marketing floor plans
  • Update marketing collateral to keep the team's workflow running smoothly
  • Learn the analytics side of marketing, including Google Analytics reporting
  • Support the sales team with the materials and content they need in the field, from model home assets to community information

What We're Looking For

  • Rising sophomore, junior, or senior in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro
  • Hands on experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn as a creator, not just a user
Comfortable shooting and editing short form video on a phone
  • Comfortable in Excel: sorting, filtering, formulas, and building a clean spreadsheet from scratch
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for writing, research, or content ideation
  • Organized and able to juggle several projects at once with light supervision
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between our communities
  • Willing to be on job sites in summer weather

Nice to Have

  • Photography or video editing experience beyond phone apps
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or Meta Business Suite
  • Interest in real estate, residential construction, or interior design
