We guarantee rent for New York landlords and help renters get approved for housing in the city. We are a team of 11 people, growing fast, no designer yet. We need a great design mind. 

What you'd touch

The brand identity itself: type, color, grid, how it holds across print and screen. Sales collateral a broker hands to an owner. Decks, PDF and print documents, event signage, website, email.

We use AI. But we don't want to skip the design work. You'd be the one setting the bar on what ships, killing AI content that looks generic, and figuring out where the tools genuinely help versus where they just make mediocre slop. Strong opinions welcome. 

Why it's a good semester

No approval chain. You report to the founders. Something you start Monday can be in front of a landlord with 15,000 units by the same week. You leave with a portfolio of real work, real performance numbers, and two references who'll pick up the phone.

Top graphic design and/or visual marketing student in NYC. Portfolio with a point of view. Real type sense, because most of what we make is words on a page. Figma and Adobe CC. Fluent with generative tools and picky about their output. Comfortable arguing for your work.
