Founded in 2013, the brand has grown from an independent illustration business into an online and seasonal retail brand with holiday locations in New York City and Boston.

Each holiday season, Melsy’s Illustrations operates a shop at the Bryant Park Winter Village in Midtown Manhattan, where customers from around the world shop our artwork, prints, ornaments, coasters, mugs, planners, gifts, and other illustrated products.

Melsy’s Illustrations is looking for outgoing, upbeat, creative people to join our NYC holiday team at the Bryant Park Winter Village!

If you love art, fashion, meeting new people, and everything about the holiday season, this might be your perfect seasonal job. 💕

Melsy’s Illustrations is a female-founded art and lifestyle brand known for whimsical, hand-painted fashion and lifestyle illustrations. During the holidays, our NYC shop is filled with art prints, ornaments, mugs, coasters, planners, gifts, and lots of holiday magic!

Our shop gets BUSY, so we’re looking for people who bring great energy, genuinely enjoy talking to customers, and aren't afraid to jump in and help.

✨ What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the face of Melsy’s while you're working in the shop! You'll help customers find the perfect artwork or gift, ring up purchases, package orders, restock products, keep our displays looking beautiful, and make sure everyone who visits has a great experience.

You'll also help us stay organized behind the scenes with inventory and stock throughout the season.

🎀 You Might Be Perfect for This If...

You’re outgoing and genuinely enjoy meeting new people. You're friendly, positive, dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You don't need tons of retail experience! We care just as much about personality, reliability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

An interest in art, fashion, social media, marketing, retail, entrepreneurship, or small business is definitely a plus.

🎄 The Schedule

This is a seasonal position during the Bryant Park Winter Village Market.

We're looking for a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend availability, with weekend availability especially important during the holiday season.

College students are absolutely encouraged to apply! We can work around class schedules depending on availability.
