Scent Curator

The Scent Curator creates memorable customer experiences by guiding guests through the custom candle-making process. This role assists customers in selecting and blending fragrances, preparing and pouring candles, maintaining a clean and organized studio, processing transactions, restocking inventory, and supporting private events, workshops, and mobile candle bar experiences.

Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Willingness to learn candle-making techniques, fragrance blending, and studio safety procedures
