Position Summary 

Adobe’s Firefly and Agentic teams are looking for a hands-on, early-career associate to track the competitive landscape of agentic and generative AI creative tools. You'll experiment directly with major LLMs (Claude, Gemini, GPT/Codex) and their connector ecosystems, benchmark Adobe's tools against alternatives, and turn findings into clear briefs, reviews, and readouts that inform roadmap decisions. You'll also create video content to evangelize Firefly on channels like Instagram and YouTube. Ideal for someone curious, technical, and creative who's equally strong at synthesis and storytelling. 

 

What You'll Own 

  • Track the competitive landscape across agentic and GenAI creative tools, models, capabilities, user experience, pricing, positioning, launches — and produce recurring, easy-to-read landscape briefs 
  • Be highly hands-on: use major LLMs - Claude, Gemini, GPT/Codex (small per-LLM budget) and the connector/plugin marketplace to explore and get creative with how Adobe connectors may be used both standalone and with other connectors 
  • Synthesize insights on both ours and other connectors/plugins in the LLM marketplaces — their capabilities, strengths/weaknesses, and standout features — into documented reviews and reports our teams can reference 
  • Compare capabilities of our use cases and workflows with those available in our alternatives as well as native LLMs 
  • Spot emerging user segments and use cases, and tie them to roadmap opportunities to help inform prioritization decisions with market signals 
  • Synthesize research into decks/demos/readouts the team can digest and act on, and partner with PMs to turn findings into concrete product recommendations 
  • Make videos (short and long) to evangelize our tools on Instagram, YouTube 

 

What We're Looking For 

  • Recent graduate / early career (0–2 yrs),  
  • Strong at synthesis + storytelling 
  • Curious about GenAI and agentic 
  • Self-directed, technical, creative  

 

This is a 6 month contract position.
