Location: Windsor, CO and project sites throughout Colorado
Schedule: Part-Time / Flexible / As-Needed
Compensation:

$300–$450 for company headshot sessions (one multi-hour event)

Construction project photography: Compensation negotiated on a per-assignment basis

About the Opportunity

Artaic Group is seeking a talented junior or senior photography student to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a student looking to build a professional portfolio while gaining experience photographing corporate headshots, team events, and commercial construction projects throughout Colorado.

Our work spans schools, affordable housing, hotels, healthcare facilities, municipal buildings, and other community-focused developments. We're looking for someone with a creative eye who can capture authentic, high-quality images that showcase both our people and our projects.

Responsibilities

Company Headshots & Team Photography

Photograph employee headshots during our annual company meeting.

Capture full-team and small-group photos.

Perform light post-production editing, including:

Color and lighting correction

Minor skin retouching

Removing glare from glasses when possible

Basic image cleanup and enhancement

Deliver polished, high-resolution images suitable for our website, proposals, social media, and marketing materials.

Please Note: Our next company headshot session will take place in Windsor, Colorado, on either September 17 or September 18, 2026 (final date to be confirmed). Availability on this date is required, as this event cannot be rescheduled.

Construction & Project Photography

Photograph active and completed construction projects throughout Colorado.

Capture exterior and interior building photography, construction progress, project details, and completed spaces.

Produce high-quality images for use on our website, social media, proposals, and other marketing materials.

Coordinate site visits around your availability and project schedules.

Qualifications

Current junior or senior pursuing a degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media Production, or a related field.

Experience with portrait photography and basic photo editing.

Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar editing software.

Strong eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.

Reliable, organized, and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel throughout Colorado.

Equipment Requirements

Applicants must provide their own professional photography equipment, including:

Camera body and lenses suitable for portrait and architectural photography

Lighting equipment for indoor headshots

Editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or equivalent)

Any additional equipment necessary to produce professional-quality images

Artaic Group will reimburse mileage and reasonable travel expenses associated with approved project photography assignments.

Compensation

Company Headshots: $300–$450 for the multi-hour headshot and team photography session.

Construction Photography: Compensation will be negotiated on a per-project basis depending on the location, scope of work, and expected deliverables.
