Religious School Music Specialist
Do you have a passion for music, children, and building community? Temple Emanuel is looking for an energetic and creative Religious School Music Specialist to inspire the next generation through the joy of Jewish music!
As our Music Specialist, you'll help bring Jewish learning to life by leading songs, prayers, movement, and interactive musical experiences during Religious School, Family Shabbat, holiday celebrations, and special events.
What You'll Do:
- Lead music during Sunday Religious School
- Teach Jewish songs and prayers through engaging, hands-on activities
- Help lead Family Shabbat services and holiday celebrations
- Collaborate with clergy, staff, and teachers to create meaningful worship experiences
- Inspire a lifelong love of Judaism through music and creativity
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Loves working with children and families
- Has experience in music education, vocal performance, music therapy, or related field
- Plays piano and/or guitar (preferred)
- Is enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative
- Enjoys creating joyful and inclusive learning environments
