Studio Assistant – Art & Film Archive Part-Time / Hourly | In-Person | Medford, MA
A sculptor and filmmaker is looking for a student to help organize and archive years of accumulated art and film/video work. This is a quiet, focused position working directly in the artist's studio.
Responsibilities
- Scan, catalog, and digitally organize artwork, photos, and documents
- Help sort and label film and video materials
- Assist with basic video editing and file management
- General studio administration as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Interest in fine arts, film, or media studies
- Comfortable with digital file organization; familiarity with video editing software is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Respectful of a working studio environment
Pay: $16–$22/hour depending on experience Open to undergraduate and graduate students. Flexible scheduling available.
