Scout the City is a luxury fashion and lifestyle brand founded by Sai De Silva. We create editorial-inspired fashion content, style luxury campaigns, and partner with leading designers and brands across the fashion industry. We're looking for someone with an exceptional eye for style who is eager to learn the business of fashion styling from the inside out.

Position Overview

We're seeking a highly organized, fashion-obsessed Fashion & Styling Intern to support Sai. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who dreams of becoming a stylist, fashion editor, or has any interest working in the fashion industry.

You'll gain hands-on experience working with luxury brands, researching emerging designers, assisting with affiliate merchandising, and supporting editorial styling projects. The right candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and always knows what's happening in fashion.

Responsibilities

• Research and source luxury fashion pieces for editorial shoots, events, and social content.
• Discover and cultivate relationships with emerging and exclusive luxury brands and designers.
• Build and maintain affiliate product links using ShopMy.
• Curate fashion edits and shopping guides featuring both established and up-and-coming designers.
• Assist with styling pulls, showroom appointments, sample tracking, and returns.
• Organize digital fashion boards, mood boards, and seasonal inspiration.
• Stay ahead of runway trends, designer collections, and fashion news.
• Assist with wardrobe organization and inventory management.
• Support on photoshoots, fittings, and styling days as needed.
• Help identify new partnership opportunities with fashion brands.

Qualifications

• Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and editorial content.
• Strong knowledge of designers, current trends, and the luxury retail landscape.
• Familiarity with ShopMy or other affiliate platforms is a plus (or willingness to learn quickly).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, Pinterest, or fashion research tools is a plus.
• Self-starter with impeccable attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
