Collection Management Intern

The collection management internship is intended, but not limited to, detail-oriented students interested in historical collection management. The target audience for this experience are undergraduate students who want to get their foot in the door of museum collection management. Specifically, the intern will catalog artifacts into the database, digitize finding aids, and other assigned tasks. They will learn how to manage a historical collection, handle the transfer of collections from other institutions, work as a member of a team, learn the conditions of working in a small-medium sized museum, and learn about the history of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation.
