Are you passionate about fashion, styling, and helping people celebrate some of the biggest moments of their lives? Dress Gallery is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Part-Time Bridal & Menswear Stylist to join our team.

At Dress Gallery, no two days are the same. You'll work one-on-one with brides and grooms, help create memorable shopping experiences, and gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, fashion, event planning, and small business operations.

What You'll Do

Welcome and assist customers, creating a fun and personalized shopping experience

Help brides find their dream wedding dress and guide grooms through menswear selections

Conduct menswear consultations and measurements

Answer phone calls, texts, and customer emails

Assist with merchandise presentation, organization, and visual displays

Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

Support opening and closing procedures

Learn all aspects of store operations through comprehensive training

Schedule Requirements

Availability preferences: Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays

Saturdays are required and are often our busiest and most exciting days

Seasonal Sunday availability may be needed from January through March

Training & Growth

We invest heavily in training. During your first month, you'll learn our sales process, product knowledge, and customer experience standards before conducting bridal appointments independently. No bridal experience is required, but previous retail or customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Some retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience

Interest in fashion, weddings, styling, or event-related industries

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
