The Opportunity
We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for current students or recent graduates who are interested in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition and want hands-on experience in the technology hiring space.
You'll play a key role in sourcing talent, conducting initial candidate evaluations, managing job postings, and supporting hiring initiatives while working closely with experienced recruiters and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Create and publish job postings for technical and business roles across multiple hiring platforms.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, and other channels.
Conduct first-round screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication skills, and role fit.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain organized talent pipelines and candidate records.
Partner with internal team members to understand hiring requirements and improve sourcing strategies.
Track recruiting metrics and contribute ideas to optimize hiring workflows and candidate experience.
Qualifications
Current college student or recent graduate (Bachelor's or Master's preferred, but not required).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Interest in technology, recruiting, human resources, or career development.
Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
No prior recruiting experience required—training and mentorship will be provided.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in customer service, sales, campus organizations, HR, or leadership roles.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or recruiting tools.
Basic understanding of technology roles such as Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity.
