About Us

PrideFit Training is a growing fitness and personal training brand located in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia, focused on strength, confidence, and lifestyle transformation.  We train a variety of clients including general fitness clients, and young athletes up through the pros.  We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a creative, motivated individual to help capture and share our journey.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a Social Media & Photography Assistant to support content creation, branding, and online engagement. This role is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys storytelling through visuals, and understands social media trends.

You’ll help bring the PrideFit Training experience to life through photos, videos, and engaging social content.

Responsibilities

  • Capture high-quality photos and short-form videos during training sessions
  • Edit and prepare content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Assist with planning and executing content shoots
  • Manage and schedule posts across social media accounts
  • Help grow engagement through creative storytelling and branding ideas
  • Work closely with the trainer to highlight client progress and transformations

Requirements

  • Experience with photography or smartphone content creation
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, Lightroom, CapCut, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with an eye for fitness/lifestyle content
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced gym environment
  • Passion for fitness is a strong plus

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience managing social media pages or brand accounts
  • Knowledge of fitness industry content trends
  • Portfolio of past photography or video work

 Compensation

  • Competitive hourly pay or project-based rate (based on experience)
