POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Instagram Content Creator to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. This role is ideal for a student studying marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field who wants real-world experience building and growing a beauty brand's social media presence. You will work directly with the owner to create compelling content that reflects our brand's aesthetic and connects with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a consistent Instagram content strategy aligned with Beauty by Laya's brand voice and aesthetic
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content (Reels, Stories, static posts)
• Write engaging captions with relevant hashtags to maximize reach and engagement
• Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure regular, strategic posting
• Monitor Instagram analytics and provide monthly performance summaries
• Engage with followers through comments and DMs to build community
• Stay current on beauty industry trends and platform algorithm changes
• Collaborate with the owner on promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal content
