Home Staging Designer

We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Designer to join our home staging team. This role is ideal for someone who is both creatively driven and highly organized, with strong leadership skills and a passion for beautiful, functional spaces. The Designer will oversee the staging design process from warehouse inventory to on-site execution, manage the design team, and take the lead on our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Project Oversight:

· Create design plans for staging projects based on property style, layout, and target market

· Oversee execution of all stages to ensure design quality and consistency

· Collaborate with movers and warehouse team to communicate logistics and inventory needs

· Inspect and review items in the warehouse, ensuring quality, tracking damages, and coordinating repairs or replacements

· Pull furniture, accessories, and art for upcoming stagings, ensuring pieces are photo-ready

· Comfortable capturing video content during staging installs. This includes behind-the-scenes footage, styled walk-throughs, and short-form content that highlights our design work and supports our brand presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok

Warehouse Coordination:

· Be a regular presence in the warehouse to assist with inventory planning

· Help prepare stages and assist movers with understanding project needs

· Maintain an organized and efficient workflow between Design and Administration Lead
