As Chief Financial Officer, you will manage finances for a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization. Your role includes overseeing the organization’s financial health and ensuring that all tax-exemption forms are up to date. This includes overseeing key financial decisions and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements, such as IRS regulations, the State of California's Nonprofit regulations, and IRS Form 990-EZ requirements.
