Social Media Video Creator Contractor (Gaming)
We’re looking for someone who lives on TikTok/YouTube/IG, loves games (especially indie), and knows how to turn “this is cool” into content people actually watch.
If you’re the type of person who:
- Saves videos for “reference later.”
- Instantly knows why something went viral
- Has 20 content ideas before breakfast
…you’ll probably fit right in.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
- Coming up with short-form video ideas (hooks, trends, formats, chaos included).
- Turning gameplay + features into scroll-stopping content.
- Editing videos that people actually watch all the way through (pacing, captions, memes, timing).
- Keeping up with what’s trending in games + socials and jumping on it fast.
- Looking at performance (views, retention, engagement) and leveling up content week by week.
✅ You’re a Good Fit If You…
- Have been making content for a while (~5 years social media experience — doesn’t have to be formal).
- Already edit your own videos (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.) and understand what makes content hit.
- Are deep into gaming culture (bonus if you love indie games)
- Get how TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts actually work.
- Can take feedback, iterate fast, and aren’t afraid to experiment.
- Have made videos before that performed well (big or small — we care about instincts).
⭐ Big Bonus Points
- You’ve worked on or around games before (internships, projects, game jams, content pages, etc.).
- You’re comfortable on camera or doing voiceovers.
- You understand meme culture and how to adapt it to a brand.
- You’ve tried testing different hooks/formats to improve performance.
- You hang out on Discord/Reddit and know what players are talking about.
🎯 TL;DR
We want someone who can:
spot trends → turn them into ideas → edit fast → learn from data → repeat
