Something Different Media Group is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Video Editor for a flexible, project-based role. Ideal for students looking to gain real-world experience on their own schedule.

Projects are delivered via the cloud. You will download footage, edit to provided specifications, and upload completed files back to the cloud. Initial training is provided at our Olathe, KS office.

Responsibilities:

• Edit video content to meet project guidelines
• Manage file downloads/uploads via cloud platforms
• Organize and deliver finished edits on time

Requirements:

• Must have Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro (Final Cut preferred)
• Must have your own computer and reliable internet access
• External hard drive recommended for file management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction

Details:

• Part-time, per-project (not a full-time staff role)
