Position Overview
We are seeking a spiritually mature and musically gifted Worship Leader to lead and oversee all aspects of worship at Grace Church. This role is ideal for a leader who is both pastorally grounded and creatively driven—someone who can craft worship experiences that are theologically rich, spiritually engaging, and culturally relevant. The candidate we are looking for will disciple and develop worship and production teams, plan worship services in collaboration with pastoral staff, and ensure every worship experience reflects the heart and
mission of Grace Church. This individual will play a key role in shaping the worship culture of the church, both on stage and behind the scenes.
 

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with pastoral and creative leadership to design and lead Christ-centered worship experiences that align with Grace Church’s mission, vision, and teaching strategy.
- Provide spiritual, musical, and organizational leadership to volunteer worship team members through intentional recruitment, training, scheduling, and ongoing discipleship.
Oversee all musical, technical, and service-planning elements for weekend gatherings, rehearsals, and special events, ensuring excellence, preparation, and alignment.
- Develop and manage the worship and production budget with integrity, stewardship, and strategic effectiveness.
- Cultivate a healthy, Christ-centered team culture marked by humility, unity, spiritual growth, and mutual accountability.

- Actively contribute as a collaborative member of the Grace Church staff team, supporting
broader ministry initiatives and church-wide goals.

Qualifications
- A vibrant and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ, demonstrated through spiritual maturity, character, and integrity.
- A worship philosophy and ministry approach that aligns with Grace Church’s mission, vision, values, and the leadership direction of the Lead Pastor.
- Proven leadership experience building, equipping, and pastoring teams, with a strong track record of developing volunteers.
- Demonstrates musical proficiency (vocally and/or instrumentally) with the ability to confidently lead worship and effectively coach other musicians.
- Working knowledge of modern worship culture, music trends, and church production technology, with hands-on experience in a ministry context.
- Strong relational and communication skills, with the ability to foster encouragement, accountability, and healthy team dynamics.
- Prior experience in a worship leadership role required.
