Responsibilities
Contribute to real projects across civic engagement, media, and organizing
Collaborate with a fast-paced, mission-driven team
Take initiative on assigned projects and areas of interest
Support events, outreach efforts, and digital campaigns
Help build systems that strengthen long-term civic infrastructure
Qualifications
We are not looking for one type of background.
We are looking for people who are:
Interested in civic engagement, media, or community impact
Self-starters who take initiative
Strong communicators and team players
Organized and able to follow through
Willing to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred (not required):
Experience in social media, content creation, or video editing
Interest in politics, policy, or community organizing
Experience in outreach, events, or leadership roles
