About the Internship
Our Fashion 360° Internship is a paid, hands-on opportunity designed for
students who want real exposure to the full apparel lifecycle, from concept and
design development to merchandising and in-store performance. This role offers
cross-functional experience across design, product development, buying, and
retail strategy.

What You’ll Gain Experience In:
• Assisting with seasonal concept development and mood boards
• Supporting tech pack creation and BOM documentation
• Maintaining fabric and trim libraries
• Tagging, tracking, and organizing garment samples
• Understanding the product development calendar and lifecycle
• Supporting assortment planning and pricing strategy
• Learning retail math, sell-through analysis, and promotional tiers
• Assisting with merchandising and visual presentation
• Observing bulk receiving and inventory flow into stores

Ideal Candidate:
Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel
Development, or related field. Organized, detail-oriented, and excited to
understand both the creative and commercial sides of the fashion industry. Applicants must provide a resume and portfolio to be considered.
