Student Tour and Visitor Engagement Ambassador

The Student Tour and Visitor Engagement Ambassador supports the coordination and delivery of tours and visitor experiences for internal and external guests. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys public speaking, engaging with diverse audiences, and representing the university in a professional environment.
The student assistant will help facilitate tours, assist with visitor logistics, and contribute to improving the tour experience through brainstorming, feedback, and development of operational procedures. This position offers hands-on experience in communication, event support, and university operations. This role is unique because it will give you the opportunity to help represent the university to visitors, partners, and community members through guided tours and engagement experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with hosting and supporting tours for campus visitors and external partners
- Deliver engaging, audience-centered storytelling during tours
- Prepare spaces and materials for scheduled visits
- Support visitor logistics and overall tour experience
- Stay informed on key university initiatives, research, and programs
- Provide general support for events and visitor-related activities
