Design Admin

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Design Admin to join our team and support our growing creative workload across both digital and print projects. This role will primarily focus on preparing production-ready assets, assisting with ongoing design needs, and maintaining organized workflow documentation.

The ideal candidate has strong technical design skills, proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite, and an eye for layout, typography, and clean design. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with physical print projects, including invitations, menus, posters, flyers, and other collateral.
     
  • Set up and export print-ready files in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign, ensuring correct bleed, color profiles, and file formatting.
     
  • Support with ad design concepts and email layout development in Figma.
     
  • Manage and update design progress and task statuses in Monday.com (experience helpful but not required).
     
  • Perform image retouching when needed, ideally with experience in skin and jewelry retouching using Photoshop.
     
  • Organize and archive design assets, ensuring version control and easy file access.
     
  • Provide general design support for brand and marketing initiatives as needed.
     

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop required; After Effects a plus).
     
  • Working knowledge of Figma for layout and digital design.
     
  • Experience preparing print-ready files and understanding of production specs (bleed, CMYK, resolution, etc.).
     
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent file organization habits.
     
  • Basic photo editing and retouching skills; experience retouching product and jewelry images is a plus.
     
  • Illustration ability or experience creating custom typographic or illustrated elements is a strong advantage.
     
  • Previous experience with Monday.com or other project management tools preferred.
     

Reliable, proactive, and communicative/able to collaborate remotely with a small, fast-paced team.
