Role Overview 

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the visual communication needs of its Contract Logistics Business Development team. This role is centered on creating high-quality, visually compelling materials that communicate CEVA’s capabilities, solutions, and value proposition. The intern will collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to transform complex logistics concepts into clear, engaging visual designs.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design and produce visually engaging, customer-facing materials, including: 
    • Presentation decks and pitch materials  
    • Proposal and RFP graphics  
    • Case studies, brochures, and solution overviews  
    • Infographics illustrating processes, networks, KPIs, and value creation  
  • Translate complex business and operational concepts into clear, compelling visual storytelling  
  • Maintain and apply CEVA brand standards across all design deliverables  
  • Create digital design assets for both internal and external use (e.g., presentations, email visuals, marketing collateral)  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content and ensure visual consistency and clarity  
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment  
  • Support the development of creative concepts and layouts that enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing materials 

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of sales processes, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus
  • Experience with PowerPoint/Google Slides design for executive and customer presentations
  • Strong visual & written communication and layout skills, especially for B2B and professional audiences
  • Ability to understand and visually represent complex operational and data-driven concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders
  • Interest in Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Development is strongly preferred.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, CAD or simple animations
  • Familiarity with data visualization or infographic design
  • Familiarity with AI to explore uses to improve efficiency and/or quality in current processes.
