  • A recent graduate or early-career professional interested in architecture, design, or project management
  • Someone comfortable learning on the job and growing with a small company
  • Someone who values flexibility, responsibility, and long-term growth over corporate structure

  • Comfortable working with multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, task management tools)

  • Background or interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or project management is a plus
  • Must have valid drivers license and ability to commute

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Hands-on experience in real architecture and development projects
  • Opportunity to grow into a long-term operations or project management role
  • Direct collaboration with firm leadership
  • Flexible work environment (remote/hybrid options)
  • Exposure to the business side of architecture and design
  • Supportive, small-team culture where your work has visible impact
