Piano Discovery Teacher

Piano Discovery & Solfège Teacher (Ages 4–5) – Part-Time Morning Position

Au Clair de Lune French Preschool in San Diego (Linda Vista), located right next to the University of San Diego, is looking for a music student or pianist interested in introducing young children to the joy of music.

We would love to add a piano discovery and solfège component to our curriculum for our 4–5 year-old students.

This is a playful introduction to music where children explore rhythm, notes, and the piano in a fun and engaging way.

Position Details

Age group: 4–5 years old

Small groups of students

30-minute sessions

Ideally 2–5 mornings per week

Approximately 1 hour per morning

What we are looking for

A student studying music, piano, or music education

Comfortable playing piano and introducing basic musical concepts

Enjoys working with young children

Reliable and enthusiastic

Teaching experience is a plus but not required if you enjoy working with children.
