Behavioral Health Research Assistant

Navita Health is seeking detail-oriented college students to assist with research on Substance Use Disorder (SUD) and mental health services across the United States. Students will review public state and government websites to collect and compile information related to coverage policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards for behavioral health services.

Responsibilities:

Research state and public agency websites to identify SUD and mental health service requirements

Collect information on provider licensing, certification, and regulatory compliance standards

Document Medicaid/state coverage policies and service eligibility requirements

Organize findings into structured spreadsheets, summaries, and reports

Verify accuracy of regulatory information and maintain organized research files

Qualifications:

Current college student (public health, healthcare administration, policy, psychology, or related field preferred)

Strong internet research and data organization skills

Attention to detail and ability to interpret government or regulatory information

Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
