Everything Labeled is a growing custom drinkware brand specializing in personalized and retail-ready collections for gift shops, events, and small businesses. We design, create, and ship in-house, and we’re looking for a creative and reliable assistant to help with day-to-day production, social media content, and Canva projects.

This is a great opportunity for a college student interested in small business, marketing, design, and hands-on product-based work.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Support

Assist with Instagram and Tik Tok content creation

Photograph products and behind-the-scenes moments

Create simple reels and posts

Schedule content

Post on Pinterest

Help with new product launches

Canva & Creative Projects

Create graphics for:

social media

email marketing

wholesale line sheets

website updates

Resize and format templates

Maintain brand consistency

Production Assistance

Help with order prep and packaging

Apply labels and assemble drinkware

 IDEAL CANDIDATE

Creative and detail-oriented

Comfortable using Canva (required)

Familiar with Instagram / TikTok

Organized and dependable

Positive, can-do attitude

Interested in small business, branding, or product-based work

Able to work independently and as part of a small team

No advanced design experience required — just a good eye
