Graphic Services Assistant
The Graphic Services Assistant (GSA) role at Paul, Weiss presents an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to launch their careers in a high energy graphics department at a prestigious and dynamic law firm. The Graphic Services Assistant will work alongside experienced professionals and will gain invaluable insights into the graphics needs of a corporate environment. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Service: Deliver outstanding client service to both internal and external clients.
- Client Interaction: Assist in managing client emails and phone calls, as appropriate.
- Administrative Support: Assist with email management via MS Outlook. Assist with arranging appointments and meetings (including virtual platforms such as Zoom and MS Teams).
- Database Management: Assist with updating relevant information in project tracking database.
- Digital Asset Production: Assist with building and optimizing logos for client logo database and tracking completion of logos. Assist with retouching and optimizing headshots for headshot database.
- Production Design: Create and revise documents using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects) PowerPoint, MS Word and Visio.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Proficiency/familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Visio, Excel). Understanding of/familiarity with branding systems and grid-and-axis systems is a plus. HTML coding is a plus.

Work Schedule and Onboarding Details.
Standard working hours for this non-exempt role are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. During the initial training and onboarding phase, GSAs will be required to be onsite five days a week. Following the successful completion of the onboarding phase, GSAs will transition to a hybrid schedule, consisting of three to four days onsite with the remaining days remote, subject to operational workflow needs.
Salary: $55,000. Paul, Weiss offers competitive compensation and benefits packages. The firm considers a number of factors when determining compensation, including, but not limited to, education, years of experience, levels of experience, competency levels and other relevant skills and qualifications.
