HVAC Design Intern

Eagle Design, LLC, based in Wales, Wisconsin, is an HVAC design firm focused on residential and commercial projects. Eagle Design, LLC has an HVAC Design Intern position available immediately, due to expansion.

The principle requirement of an effective HVAC Design Intern is an overall ability to meet the needs of residential and commercial customers while satisfying corporate objectives. Position requirements may include one or more of the following, based on individual project requirements:

-Heat gain/loss calculations

-Envelope compliance calculations

-Design calculations

-Equipment selection and application

-AutoCAD drafting

-Site survey

The HVAC Design Intern position is in place to support the design services of the HVAC Engineer. This requires a team approach with the engineer and customers.

Minimum requirements for internship employment include: PC literacy, great communication skills, and basic HVAC design knowledge. Qualified individuals must have access to a laptop or desktop computer, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), AutoCAD program.

The individual for this position will work as an intern for the company. Benefits such as wages, health/life insurance, 401k, etc will not be offered. The position offers time and location flexibility (work from your home on your own time!).
