About the Role

We’re a small, growing oil and environmental fluid analysis lab looking for an intern to assist the executive director. You’ll get real hands on experience in lab operations and executives support (not just busywork). If you want your voice to matter and work to actually make a difference, then this is the position for you. 

NOTE: Strong performers can grow into a full-time role.
 

What You’ll Do

• Help with scheduling, documentation, and day to day operations. 
• Assist with sample intake, labeling, and basic lab workflow
• Keep the lab organized and stocked
• Support reporting and customer facing tasks
• Take on special projects as we expand (training provided)

Seeking Attributes 

• Reliable, detail oriented, and proactive
• Communicates clearly and asks great questions
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Interested in science, engineering, maritime, or business
• Bonus: athletes, STEM students, or anyone who thrives in winning environments
