Part-time Field Operations Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented college student to assist with on-site property visits and field reporting for our community, Tides at Park Circle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, following structured checklists, and being out in the field rather than sitting at a desk.

This is a part-time, flexible position supporting property operations and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

Visit assigned properties within the Charleston area

Take clear, organized interior and exterior photos

Complete digital checklists during each visit

Meet vendors onsite and document work progress

Report back with detailed notes and photo uploads

Identify and flag visible maintenance or condition issues
