Beam is building the infrastructure layer between attention and access in the creator economy.

Creators already have demand sitting in their DMs. Followers want specific guidance, not another long-term program. Beam converts inbound attention into structured, paid conversations through a frictionless booking layer designed specifically for creators.

We have core booking logic built, payments integrated, and creators ready to onboard.

Now we need distribution clarity and velocity.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Founding Growth / Marketing Lead to own distribution from 0 → 1.

This is not a traditional marketing role.
It is a builder role.

You will:

  • Design and execute our creator acquisition engine
  • Shape Beam’s public narrative
  • Translate product philosophy into traction
  • Turn early adoption into structured growth loops

You will work directly with the founder and CTO to align positioning, product iteration, and growth.


What We’re Looking For

Ideal Candidate Profile

You likely:

  • Have prior growth and/or marketing experience, ideally in an early-stage startup (0 → 1 or 1 → 10).
  • Have worked directly with creators, influencers, or digital-first brands.
  • Are meaningfully connected within the creator ecosystem (micro to mid-sized creators especially).
  • Deeply understand how creators monetize (courses, communities, sponsorships, high-ticket offers).
  • Have personally used social platforms to drive growth (TikTok, IG, X, YouTube, Reddit, etc.).
  • Know how to turn short-form content into distribution.
  • Are fluent in modern AI workflows (video generation, editing automation, content repurposing, DM automation, CRM tools).

You don’t need to be polished.
You need to be sharp, and hungry.
 

Your First Mission

Acquire and activate the right creators.

This includes:

  • Designing a structured creator outreach system (cold + warm)
  • Building video-first growth across TikTok, IG, X, Reddit, Product Hunt
  • Converting DMs and calls into onboarded creators
  • Creating case studies from early wins
  • Building referral loops inside creator networks

We care more about signal quality than vanity metrics.
