We are looking for a motivated college student who wants real-world experience in marketing, branding, wellness, and business operations.
Position Overview
This is a part-time Assistant Manager role designed for a college student interested in marketing, media, wellness, and leadership development.
You will assist in the overall marketing, promotion, and daily operations of the studio while helping maintain a polished, professional environment.
This is not just a front desk job.
It is a growth opportunity inside a premium brand.
Compensation
$16 – $21 per hour (based on experience and performance)
Performance bonus up to $100 or more every 3 or 6 months
Professional development in branding, marketing, and fitness business operations
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Marketing & Promotion
Assist in planning and executing studio marketing campaigns
Capture photo and video content using iPhone camera
Edit short promotional videos using Final Cut Pro
Support social media marketing initiatives (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Help promote studio programs, memberships, and special events
🎥 Media & Content Support
Record workouts, client highlights, and studio presentations
Create simple social media reels and promotional clips
Assist with product/service presentation preparation
🏛 Studio Operations
Front desk reception and member check-ins
Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
Assist with product and service sales
Support facility cleanliness and safety standards
Maintain organized, welcoming studio atmosphere
🤝 Client & Member Experience
Provide exceptional in-person and phone communication
Present studio services confidently and professionally
Help create a positive, inspiring environment
Requirements
Currently enrolled college student preferred
Knowledge of social media marketing
Proficient using iPhone camera for quality content capture
Basic to intermediate experience with Final Cut Pro
Strong communication skills:
