Position Overview
The Photo Booth Experience Specialist serves as the face of The Finest Memories at events, delivering a polished, high-end guest experience through our luxury photo booth activations. This role goes far beyond operating equipment — it’s about creating memorable moments, maintaining an elegant brand presence, and ensuring every guest interaction reflects our premium standard.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally set up, operate, and break down luxury photo booth experiences at weddings, corporate activations, galas, and private events
Engage guests warmly while maintaining an upscale, polished demeanor
Guide guests through the experience (poses, features, prints, digital sharing, etc.)
Ensure booth aesthetics remain clean, organized, and on-brand throughout the event
Troubleshoot basic technical issues calmly and efficiently
Represent The Finest Memories with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Coordinate with planners, venue staff, and vendors to ensure seamless execution
Capture behind-the-scenes content when appropriate for marketing use
Ideal Candidate
Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with diverse guests
Strong sense of professionalism and polished appearance
Detail-oriented with pride in presentation and guest experience
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to event locations
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak event seasons
Tech-comfortable (camera equipment, printers, tablets, software platforms)
Customer service, hospitality, events, or entertainment experience preferred
