About the Role

We are looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our Social and Digital Media team and support high-quality content creation for a growing real estate brand in Middle Tennessee. This role is editing-first, with a strong focus on video, and is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience working with real client footage in a fast-paced, creative environment.

• You’ll work closely with our Director of Social and Digital Media, photographers, and videographers to turn raw footage into polished, on-brand content used across social media and marketing channels.
• This is not a “watch from the sidelines” internship. You’ll be trusted with real work, real feedback, and real opportunities to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
• Assist with editing longer-form video content as needed
• Process high-quality video footage into polished, engaging content
• Assist with photo editing and light graphic design for social and marketing use
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats
• Organize and manage video and photo assets
• Assist on content shoots and creative days when needed

Bonus Opportunities (Not Required)

• Shoot video using a personal camera or phone
• Capture behind-the-scenes or supplemental content
• Learn more about camera gear, lighting, and production workflows

Having your own camera is not required, but curiosity and willingness to learn is encouraged.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in video editing and content creation
• Experience with or desire to learn editing software such as Lightroom and the Adobe Creative Suite
• Attention to detail and openness to creative feedback
• Ability to manage deadlines and stay organized
• Interest in social media, branding, and digital storytelling

Location & Internship Details

• This is a paid, in-person internship based in Franklin, TN
• Interns will work from our office in Franklin and are not remote
• Computers and necessary equipment will be provided on-site
