383 Studios is a Brooklyn-based lifestyle production studio built for modern brands. We specialize in modular sets, cinematic lighting, and efficient, high-quality video and photo production for social and branded storytelling.

The Role

We’re looking for a Creative Production Intern who wants real, hands-on experience inside a working studio. This role is focused on on-set production, camera support, lighting, and behind-the-scenes content, with exposure to post-production workflows.

This is ideal for someone pursuing a career in film, video production, or studio operations.

Responsibilities

Production & Studio Support

Assist on video and photo shoots (setup, breakdown, on-set support)

Help with camera prep, lighting setups, and studio organization

Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video during shoots

Support day-to-day studio operations

Work up to managing studio rentals.

Occasional: Post-Production Support

Organize footage, selects, and project files

Assist editors with prep and exports

Help maintain clean production workflows

Creative Development

Assist with brainstorming studio and promotional content

Observe and support client shoots and internal productions

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related program (Film, Media Production, Communications, or similar)

Interest in cameras, lighting, and studio workflows

Basic familiarity with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment

Reliable, organized, and eager to learn

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras or studio lighting

Knowledge of audio basics

Prior on-set or studio experience
