Production/Post Production Intern – Summer 2026

Upstream 360 is a creative agency with a focus on product communication. We simplify complex product technologies 

through innovation, creativity, and video production.

The Role

Upstream 360 is looking for an outstanding Production/Post Production Intern with a natural curiosity of the world and everything in it. And a love of science won’t hurt either! You will collaborate with our Production and Post Production team and get first-hand experience working on client work. The role requires a dynamic individual to join our team, someone with a go-getter attitude, initiative, flexibility, and a knack for dependability.

We will trust you to:

• Work on long-form short-form content for web, commercial, and internal use.
• Production Assistant Tasks: moving lights, script notes, sets, and offloading and backup of footage from shoots.
• Back up footage from past jobs and overall data management.
• Familiarity with short-form content platforms used on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube is a bonus.

You will need to have:

• A portfolio demonstrating your work (editing, cinematography, lighting, motion graphics).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Great design communication skills.
• A knack for photography is a big plus.
