Market Research Analyst (Summer Internship 2026)

Seeking a fast paced tech savvy individual who can execute customer research utilizing online tools. The individual’s primary responsibility will be programming surveys and ensuring their accuracy.

Major Responsibilities:

Research coding: Analyzing/processing open ended questions

Activity programming: Creation of surveys in the system using proprietary online tools

Moderation/facilitation: Creation of a positive and effective environment that will deliver community member engagement and interaction

Analysis/recommendations: Mining and evaluation of data to deliver client friendly actionable insights

Quality assurance: Ongoing management of accuracy of data and client reports

Skills and Attributes

Strong communication skills – especially written

Results/action orientation

Analytic abilities

Computer/social media savvy

Ability to ultimately communicate well with clients

Requirements

Current student (Business or Marketing preferred)

Experience with Qualtrics, Survey Monkey or other research software a plus.

Position Specifications

Position starts as part time (30 hours)

Potential for full time status depending on business conditions and personal performance
