Live Stream Graphics Operator and Social Media Creator

Swagger LLC is looking for one or two independent contractors to staff the following two projects

1- Individual to run graphics in approximately 10 USA CRITS  live stream events in the spring of 2026 and possibly a few more throughout the US later in the summer. Knowledge of graphic design utilizing Adobe Suite applications or other graphics programs is a requirement. Ideally  based in Athens or Atlanta and have a basic understanding of criterium racing, but neither are a requirement. Except for the requirement to be on-site at all broadcasted events, design work can be performed remotely but it would be a benefit if this person could attend events.

Basic Job Description

  • Work with our staff to learn the basics of operating CharacterWorks (see brief description below)
  • Design graphics for the live stream based around color palette and branding for the event series as a whole (USA CRITS). Events will need on-screen graphics specific to each event.
    • Lower thirds
    • Results visuals
    • Team and rider basic profiles
    • Live Timing integration 
    • Sponsor logo presentation
    • Event logo presentation
    • Introduction “call up” graphics of riders, special guests, and announcers
    • Commercial insertions in stream
    • Work with team to acquire assets prior to the events and review with Swagger staff
    • Research and develop additional graphic pieces made possible by CharacterWorks  capabilities
  • On-site administration of these graphics at all the live streams (see schedule below)
    • Lodging when necessary provided by event
    • Execution in live stream production trailer on site
    • Swagger will have on-site support to assist with questions and all technical aspects

2- Social media design and application for USA CRITS events. Approximately 10 events in the spring and possibly more in late summer. All tasks can be executed remotely but preference would be for someone based in Athens or Atlanta with the attendance at events when possible.  An interest in bicycle racing would be a plus.   

 

  • Posts for Tik Tok, Facebook and Instagram
  • Create a schedule for each event
  • Design posts (samples from previous years available)
    • Instagram preview video with courses, schedules and unique features
    • Help with creation and posting of wrapup videos from each race
    • Provide posts and share with sponsor partners, teams and each event
    • Create results and standings posts after the conclusion of each race
  • Maintain contact with events, Swagger staff, and teams to obtain engaging information to post
  • Watch each event and post during events
  • Create ways to increase followers and 


 

Negotiated pay range based on skill level and ability to execute all events effectively - Pay based on the number of events.
