Time Commitment: Part-time (flexible hours)

EastCoast MuralPros operates at the intersection of cutting-edge wall printing technology and graphic design, producing high-resolution murals and architectural graphics printed directly onto walls. We work with architects, universities, developers, hotels, and commercial clients to transform spaces quickly and cleanly using advanced mobile printing systems.
Role Summary
The Production & Graphics Intern supports day-to-day production, installations, and visual preparation while gaining hands-on exposure to a fast-growing creative and technical business. This role is ideal for a student or early-career candidate interested in design, fabrication, architecture, construction, or creative technology.
Interns work closely with machine operators and designers, assisting with setup, measurements, file preparation, documentation, and on-site execution.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Field Support
Assist with on-site installations and shop-based preparation
Help with equipment setup, breakdown, and material staging
Take accurate measurements of walls and spaces
Support basic layout and alignment tasks
Graphics & Visual Support
Assist with preparing artwork files for real-world installation
Help with basic graphic adjustments related to scale and placement
Organize project files, photos, and reference materials
Documentation & Content
Capture photos and short videos of projects in progress and completed work
Help document processes, before/after transformations, and installs
Assist with organizing content for internal use, marketing, or case studies
Learning & Quality Support
Observe and learn machine operation and workflow
Assist with quality checks during and after installs
Support general organization and cleanup on job sites
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to design, architecture, construction, fabrication, engineering, or a creative field
Comfortable using a computer and working with digital files
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfortable working on your feet and in real-world environments
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Strong Plus Skills (Not Required)
Graphic design experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar)
Interest in fabrication, construction, or hands-on making
Photography or video experience
Comfort working on job sites or in studios
