Overview
The Graphic Designer will help bring the ideas of MyOS, the Paradoxes, and the Be You! Manifesto to life through thoughtful, compelling visual design. This role is deeply embedded in our creative ecosystem and plays a key part in shaping how our message shows up across platforms, launches, and client-facing materials. Your work will directly support a major book launch, a growing movement, and brand partnerships—and it will be seen, shared, and published.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate concepts from MyOS, the Paradoxes, and the Be You! Manifesto into clean, compelling visual assets.
- Design social graphics, thumbnails, quote cards, and branded visual elements.
- Create assets in support of the book launch, the movement, and client-facing collateral.
- Build platform-specific visuals for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, video, and content teams to ensure visual alignment and consistency.
- Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh ideas and creative interpretation to each project.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and participate in fast-paced creative cycles.
- Manage multiple design requests while meeting timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to translate quotes, ideas, and abstract concepts into engaging, polished designs.
- Experience following established brand guidelines while introducing thoughtful creative variations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and comfort working in collaborative, iterative environments.
- A portfolio demonstrating graphic design work (academic, freelance, or professional work accepted).
Preferred
Experience designing for social media and digital platforms.
Familiarity with content marketing or brand storytelling.
Crossover experience in video, motion graphics, or marketing is a plus.
