🚀 Role Overview
We’re looking for trend-aware, online-native freelance content creators who know how to turn culture into compelling short-form video.
This is a monthly, project-based role for someone who lives on TikTok/Reels, understands Gen Z humor & aesthetics, and knows how to make content people actually want to share 🔥 No corporate vibes — just good taste and strong ideas 🔥
🎬 What You’ll Do
- Create 4–6 short-form video stories per month (Reels / TikTok-style 📱)
- Pitch and develop story ideas around fashion, music, art, and cultural moments
- Produce engaging, high-quality videos with strong hooks and storytelling
- Stay tapped into trends (before they hit mainstream 👀)
- Collaborate with our team on feedback, scheduling, and publishing
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Strong visual storytelling skills and short-form editing instincts
- Genuine passion for fashion, art, music, and youth culture
- Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and deliver consistent monthly content
- A voice, aesthetic, or POV that feels fresh, authentic, and Gen Z–aligned

- Comfortable with on-camera storytelling 🎥
- Able to spot emerging trends early
- Background in journalism, creative content, or digital media
