Math Tutor
Join a team of tutors passionate about making a difference in students lives! Eurekii is looking for a dedicated Math Tutor to join our team working in Baltimore City Schools. This position is right for you if you're skilled in supporting students in achieving academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized Math tutoring sessions to students based on their individual needs and curriculum requirements.
- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that enhance understanding of Math concepts.
- Monitor student progress and adjust tutoring techniques as necessary to ensure comprehension and improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to provide consistent support and feedback.
Requirements:
- MUST have reliable transportation to schools in Baltimore City, particularly in the Johnston Square area.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, English, Language Arts, Education, or related field preferred.
- MUST have at least 1 year of previous tutoring or teaching experience
- A willingness to learn about Baltimore City Schools' curriculum and educational goals.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and parents.
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed.

Job Type: Part-Time/Contractual
Pay: $16.00-20.00 per hour
Location: In-Person in Baltimore City (school locations may vary).
Expected Hours: 10-15 hours per week
