Brand Events Coordinator

This opportunity is ideal for a Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or Communications student interested in brand strategy, consumer activations, and the beverage/hospitality industry.

Key details:

Part-time: ~2–3 hours per week

Compensation: $1500-2500 for the semester (Jan–June 2026)

Location: Remote, with optional in-person support for events in the student’s city

Responsibilities include:
• Coordinating brand events with high-volume bars
• Communicating with distributor reps
• Managing shipments of branded materials
• Tracking event metrics
• Sourcing guest bartenders with social reach
• Supporting social media content around events
