Theatre Instructor Pool (Directors, Choreographers)
KFAD is building a pool of creative, collaborative theatre artists to support our growing youth programming. Roles vary by season and may include directing, choreography, assistant directing, teaching workshops or classes, and supporting community events. We welcome emerging artists, college students, and experienced educators who enjoy working with young performers and creating positive, confidence-building theatre experiences.
Ideal candidates enjoy:
• Teaching or leading young performers
• Collaborative creative environments
• Musical theatre and storytelling
• Flexibility in seasonal or project-based work
• Growing their skills in directing, choreography, teaching, or arts leadership
Skills that fit well with KFAD:
Youth engagement, classroom or rehearsal leadership, dance/movement, musical theatre knowledge, lesson planning, communication, creativity, collaboration.
