Marketing Design Intern

Job Description

Create branded marketing materials that both promote DonorPerfect Fundraising Software and helpful resources for nonprofits. This 6-month internship focuses on hands-on industry experience designing for a brand that includes a wide variety of assets that require both print & web design skills. After designing web pages, you will have the opportunity to build them in WordPress using the latest Gutenberg editor. 

Required Skills

  • Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects)
  • Layout for both print & web
  • Knowledge of typography
  • Ability to work within brand guidelines
  • Google suite (slides, docs, sheets)
  • Excellent Time management and communication

Additional Skills, not required: 

  • Wordpress
  • Sketch app and / or Figma
  • HTML & CSS
  • Video Animation

What You'll Be Creating

  • PDF Ebooks (3-30 page pdfs)
  • Website Pages (design and build, we will show you how to build)
  • Promotional Emails (create graphics and input copy)
  • Banner / Web Ads (same ad resized for various platforms)
  • Conference materials (booths, flyers, chapsticks, videos etc)
  • Social Media Posts (instagram, twitter, facebook)
  • Short Promo Videos (1-3 minute videos & animations promoting the product)
