Social Media Internship

Hunter Brand Consulting is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Intern to support content development and digital marketing for multiple clients across industries such as cybersecurity, IT services, financial education, behavioral health, and community nonprofits. The intern will work closely with Chanda (Owner and Lead Consultant) to drive engagement, grow audiences, and develop compelling storytelling for five unique brands.

This position is perfect for students interested in social media management, content creation, branding, and digital strategy.

Responsibilities

Create and schedule social media content (graphics, captions, short-form video edits).

Maintain brand consistency across multiple industries and client voices.

Assist with content research including trends, keywords, and competitors.

Build and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands.

Track performance analytics and provide monthly social media reports.

Manage page engagement by monitoring comments and messages (during assigned hours).

Support content uploads to blogs, landing pages, and email platforms as needed.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.

Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar tools.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple platforms at once.

Professional attitude, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills 

Graphic design or branding knowledge

Basic video editing for Reels/TikTok-style content

Familiarity with analytics tools or email platforms
