About the Studio Associates:
The Studio Associate represents the Color Me Mine brand by delivering excellent customer service, performing operational tasks according to procedures, and maintaining a positive teamwork environment. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist guests with pottery painting and studio processes
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
- Perform kiln room tasks (training provided)
- Host birthday parties and events
- Promote studio offerings and specials
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a food, retail or sales position
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and a team player
- Must be available on Weekends (including evenings)
- We’re looking for team members who can consistently work 3-4 shifts per week
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
