Camp Danbee is seeking Dance Instructors to join our performing arts team for Summer 2026! Located in the scenic Berkshires of Massachusetts, Danbee offers a warm, supportive, and high-energy environment where young women thrive through friendship, learning, and fun.

As a Dance Instructor, you’ll teach and choreograph routines in a range of styles including:

• Jazz
• Hip-Hop
• Ballet
• Lyrical
• Contemporary
• Tap
• Musical Theatre

Whether you’re a dance major, performer, teacher, or choreographer, this is an opportunity to share your passion for dance while gaining invaluable leadership and teaching experience.

Your Role

You’ll hold two essential roles:

• Program Instructor – Lead daily dance classes, small-group instruction, and rehearsals. You’ll guide campers in developing technique, confidence, and performance skills while preparing for camp-wide shows.
• Cabin Counselor – Live in a cabin with 10–12 campers and two co-counselors. You’ll serve as a mentor, role model, and friend—building relationships that last a lifetime.
